Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it is processed immediately for shipment. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible; if the item has not yet left our facility, we will do our best to assist you.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

• Return Shipping: Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Processing Time: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

• Shipping Costs: The initial shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
