Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it is processed immediately for shipment. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible; if the item has not yet left our facility, we will do our best to assist you.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
